What's the difference between the monthly and 12-month plans?
The monthly plan ($140/month) offers complete flexibility with no contract - cancel anytime. The 12-month plan ($125/month, $1,500 total) saves you $180 per year but requires a 12-month commitment.
What happens if I cancel my 12-month contract early?
If you cancel before completing 12 months, you'll be charged a penalty equal to half of the remaining monthly payments. For example, if you cancel after 6 months, you'd pay half of the remaining 6 months (6 × $125 ÷ 2 = $375).
Do all new members need to pay the joining fee?
Yes, all new members must pay the one-time $250 joining fee plus choose a membership plan. The joining fee includes all essential gear: premium gi, belt, and rash guard.
Can I switch between membership plans?
You can upgrade from monthly to 12-month plan at any time. Switching from 12-month to monthly requires completing your contract or paying the early cancellation penalty.
How do I add a membership for my child or another family member?
First, navigate to your Family Members page and add them to your account. Once added, you can select their name from the dropdown menu above the membership plans to enroll them.
